Hola a todos, actualmente no puedo mover la característica del dispositivo que se muestra en la imagen de arriba (para ajustarla al final de la línea superior). ¿Hay alguna manera de mostrar la regla que está impidiendo que esto suceda?

A network topology rule won't prevent you from moving the feature, it will just create a topology error after validation.
If you are trying to move it and it won't move, it could be an attribute rule that is causing the issue or more likely resolution snapping issue. I would suggest contacting esri support to pursue further.
