Gauge Data Expression for Percentage of Total

Question

I want to use a data expression in a Gauge dashboard element to display the percentage of one land use's area compared to the total area in the layer. The fields from the attribute table I'd use are LANDUSE and HECTARES.

The picture below would be the output I'm looking for.

Could you just have a category selector filter the gauge data, but not the reference value? Or if it's static, just set the filter manually. No need for a data expression for this.
