Vector Basemap 'Print to" Issues with Web App Builder

When trying to use the built in print widget of the Web App Viewer, the Streets (Night) and Streets (Night) Canada show up super distorted in the file. I was using the advanced tools for higher quality, but the issue seems to exist even if you don't change any of those settings.
