URGENT: Create a simple world map with pins and pop-ups

Please help! I am working on a corporate report for a client who requested an interactive online map to show a selection of countries with a pop-up on each one with some data. 

I initially set this up in Wordpress using a plugin but they are unhappy about the lack of customisation of the map colour, data points, etc.

I am using ACRGIS Online for the first time and I only have 24 hours to figure out how to do this.

Is there a tutorial that someone can share a link to in order to help me set this up? I have watched quite a few but I'm finding all the options so confusing. I can't even figure out how to upload my Excel sheet with list of countries to create the location pins.

Any very simple beginner help would be appreciated!

Are you using a free account or an account with an Online subscription?

With the CSV you provided I would upload and publish as a feature layer. Under My Content when you click on New Item drag and drop the CSV in and you would match the location using the country field

 

Then on the Feature Layer you create click on Open in Map Viewer. Clicking on the Styles button on the right hand toolbar you can choose how you want to style the features. I did it based off of the country name field and selected a Pin symbol. 

 

You can then go to the effects tool and apply a drop shadow like I have in the pic above. Saving the web map will then let you create an app from the map. 

 

Then you can create a simple web and use that on your site.  I would recommend using Instant App basic viewer after you publish with that you would have to update the website with the embed snippet that's automatically generated for you in the instant app builder.
