Buffer parameters in Sketch Widget

I would love to see Buffer parameters included as a default on the sketch widget. So when I draw my graphic it returns a buffer around that geometry

I did something similar with the older version (3.x) using the Draw widget and modified it. Plan to do the same with sketch widget, unless if ESRI beat me to it.
