3D polyline: more than 1 Z-value for each point?

3D polylines are able to store Z-values (vertical value, height). Is it feasible to give more than 1 Z-value for each point?

This is an approach if two or more vertical values at a specific location just have to be stored. However, is there an approach to allocate different Z-values to one point so that e.g. profile graphs (create chart > profile graph) with two different profiles can be drawn for the same 3D polyline at once?
