Can't enter decimal number as parameter all of a sudden in geoprocessing tool

Hi!

All of a sudden I am unable to put in a decimal number in the geoprocessing tool "LAS to Multipoint".

I get error: Error 000398 Value must be positive

I was able to do this multiple times before today. I did not change any unit settings.

I hope someone can help

0,17 or 0.17. Both not working. This problem also exists when all input is empty.

I tried with the old input, but same problem

what number did you try to enter?

if you did it multiple times before, does it still work on one of those files but not just this one?
