Find out who is using ArcGIS Licenses

Question

Is there a Python script available that can tell me who is using the ArcGIS for Desktop Licenses on our Network?

My goal is every week or daily generate a list of the computer names that are using an ArcGIS for Desktop License and what license level they are using.

Does something like this even exist or can it be written in Python?

There used to be a windows exe file called something like "where have all the licenses gone" that I used to use back in 9.x, but I'm not sure if there's a new version.  It was really nice because it would give you the pc name for each license being held.
