How to add several operational layers using different "more" buttons?

Hello all

I'd like to make an application with a very large number of operational layers.  This will be a 'general purpose' application showing dozens of layers, maybe about a hundred map services.

I'd like to separate them by "themes": general, infrastructures, natural resources, public safety, natural risks, health services, statistics maps....

a button for each "theme".

Is there a way (an easy one) to arrange buttons like that?

You can make a widget group and when u try to open one of the menu items( infraestructure, nat resources or generals ) display the layers on the way that u showed in the example.
