Deleted mobile geodatabase view reappears after refresh

In ArcGIS Pro 3.0.3, I have a mobile geodatabase view that I've deleted.

When I refresh the mobile geodatabase in Catalog, the deleted view reappears.
I've tried re-deleting the view several times and closing/re-opening ArcGIS Pro. Same result each time; the view reappears.

Is that a known issue?

I moved my files from my Desktop (OneDrive) to my C drive. I haven’t noticed the issue since then.

That’s not to say it won’t happen again though. I see the same issue regularly in ArcMap 10.7.1 and ArcGIS Pro 2.6.8 with our Oracle 18c 10.7.1 EGDB. I don’t know why it happens there.
