Domain not providing Dropdown in Attribute Table

Hello! I have a coded value domain assigned to a field but when I go to test adding a row of data to the attribute table, the field with a domain assigned are not providing a dropdown but rather the option to type. The field only accepts when I type a code from the domain. I have another field with subtypes that provides a dropdown and subsequent default values. Can I have both a field with subtypes and a field with coded value domains provide a dropdown?

Hey Laney,

I had this same problem and found out the fix. In my case I added a new Domain "DomainEditSource" and assigned it to a new field "EDIT_SOURCE". I noticed the drop downs weren't showing up and realized I needed to add "DomainEditSource" to each of the defined subtypes.

I Right Clicked my layer and went to Data Design > Subtypes. Then scroll to your new field and add the Domain in for each subtype, you don't need a default value. See my attachment below for what this looked like for me.
