Error When Creating a New Feature Layer

Pretty basic stuff I'm sure, I'm new to the admin side of ArcGIS so perhaps i'm just missing a setting somewhere. When I attempt to create a new feature layer, once I try to complete adding it to My Content I get the error:

Any suggestion?
