Azure Application Gateway & WAF Rules need to configure for Multi machine ArcGIS Enterprise Deployment without Cloud Builder

Could you please share some references to the Azure App Gateway configuration & Any WAF rules needed for a multimachine ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal, Hosting Server, DataStore, Standalone Server) With Or Without Web Adaptor? Thanks in advance.

You need to login via your ArcGIS Online organisational account as Scott said
