How do I create one or more observer points in a 3D scene in Pro 3.0 with 3D Analyst (or Spatial Analyst)? I've attached a screenshot of downtown Philly for reference. Thanks.
Nevermind. ArcGIS Earth allows me to perform interactive Line of Sight and Viewshed analyses which is what I need. It does depend on having 3D structures however.
