Add a live GeoJson in an Arcgis online map

Hello, Is it possible to add a GeoJSON (url) to an ArcGIS online map and have the data update live? No need to manually host or update the layer? Thank you very much,

With Map Viewer you can add a GeoJSON url and set a refresh interval.
