can 3d mesh be used offline?

Hi all! Can 3d mesh (as a scene layer package .slpk) be used offline? Imagery can be downloaded and stored for use in Field Maps offline. I am wondering if 3D mesh can also be downloaded to a mobile device and used offline in Field Maps?
