I have made a custom tool using modelbuilder and script. I'm looking to bring it into portal from arcPRO but having issues with the geodatabase. I was thinking of using "memory\" although also having issues with this

Have you been able to publish any model at all? I have not. If you have, great. Tell me what you did! 🙂
If not I suggest trying to publish the most trivial model you can come up with to test out the publishing process; I tried just a "buffer" step and it still failed for me. Then if that works for you add the access to the geodata you want to use to debug that part separately from your relatively complex model.
