Is there any way to embed an RTSP stream into a Story Map or other ESRI GIS product? We are looking for a place to terminate our video stream for traffic cameras.
To my knowledge, there isn't currently any/good native support for RTSP video in web browsers. If there is a 3rd party service that allows you to serve up the streams in an embeddable web page/iframe (or you could develop your own web page for this), you could add that link to a story using the Embed option.
