Export Web Map Utility Pricing

I’m developing a mapping application that uses the ArcGIS API for JavaScript and would like to add functionality to print the map.

There’s an example on this page:

The example uses this link: https://utility.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/PrintingTools/GPServer/Export%20Web%20Map%20Task.

Is the use of the export web map task utility free? If not, how much does it cost to use it?
