Very new to ArcGis Pro. I have a layer that displays in the wrong location. I assume it is due to the Spatial Reference. The current spatial reference states "Unknown Coordinate System", however I'm not sure how to fix it.

You need to know the coordinate system, then you use the Define Projection tool in ArcToolbox
