Find which csv file was used to generate points

Hello,

In ArcGis Pro is it somehow possible to find out which csv file (XY point data) was used to make points on map?
I have previously done interpolation (kriging) from lake depth measurements but I can not find the datafile (*.csv) where all coordinates and depths are stored.

Thank you! It takes time to find the right thing in History but at least it is possible.
