Operational Dashboard does not refresh

Question

I have a problem that all dashboards do not refresh automatically, even when I have configured the refresh interval for the layers of interest in the associated web maps.

I am using Enterprise 10.9.1. It was upgraded from a previous 10.8.1 installation.

We had another thread on this a while back.  It has been a BUG for a while now with no solution.

Thanks for sharing this. I have the same exact problem with 10.9.1 installation.
