Hi, I am getting an error whenever trying to submit a visit with attached photo. Has anyone encountered the same issue? Error msg is attached.

Is the map offline? If so, was the feature layer modified? Sync enabled/disabled, fields removed? Layer removed from map?
Do you get the issue if you reload the map on a new, fresh device?
Do you get the error editing in the web browser?
Are there required questions or field configurations that may cause issues?
