FieldMaps offline token

Hi

We are rolling out FieldMaps on shared tablets.  We have asked users to login/out but have no way of forcing them to do so.  How long does a user stay signed when offline?

I have tried setting the maxtokenexpiry parameter in our portal but it makes no difference. I thought it would prompt for a login after a week (it is set to 10600 minutes) but it doesn't.  We are using IWA in ArcGIS Enterprise.

Hello! Can you tell me more a little more about your workflow, such as what types of devices you're using? Also, when you mention staying logged in when offline, do you mean using offline areas, or when the device itself isn't active?
