Problem with Band Collection Statistics Tool

Good morning,

I have a problem using  Band collection statistics Tool .

Both rasters used are on floats, but my correlation coefficients still remain less than -1.

Please, do you have any ideas about this issue?

I moved it to ArcGIS Spatial Analyst Questions since the tool is part of the spatial analyst toolset
