Identify (get attributes) not working for KML

I have the following KML service:

https://dev-webapps.usgs.gov/noms/service/cwis/1.2/VCurrentCondition/kml?stateAbbreviation=mn

I can get the points to show up in a map online, but when I click on a point, it doesn't give me all the attributes... only the name. What am I doing wrong?
