Storymap Map Tour Locations from Feature Service Not Displaying

Question

Hi, I'm trying to add a Map Tour to my SM, and I'd like to start with a Feature Service. For some reason, the data and attachments come through but the locations don't. I've tried troubleshooting on my own- uploading to AGO from another GDB, changing field names, symbology, etc. etc., but locations still won't show. Additionally, I've tried using another Feature Service from my Org and those locations come in fine. Any help with this would be appreciated, this is driving me crazy.

@OwenGeo Really appreciate the quick response. Here's a view of the feature service- I just tried with this too and same issue.

@JAbbott - Can you provide a link to the feature service and make sure it's shared with Everyone so someone can take a look?
