Polygon Changes/Updates checks suggestion

Question

Hi,

Which test is most suitable for identifying the changed polygons.
For instance,
A boundary of the city was updated
A boundary of the district is now splitted into two districts
A polygon was divided and modified

ArcMap and Data Reviewer 10.8.1. Kindly suggest.

Hi Kumar,

What I am trying to do is

1. Comparing two Feature classes in File Geodatabase

2. Both of the Feature classes are from two different data sources, however it is similar data, for instance it is building parcels or city boundaries from two survey companies.

3. Versioning is not used

If you are using SDE database, you can use Data Reviewer Version difference tool compare the two versions and identify all the changes:
