Recreate the "Feature Adjusment" process in ArcGIS Pro

Create a complete package to that would allow to move and maintain non-parcel fabric feature classes based in adjustment vectors and keep track of "when and on what" it was applied. (a.k.a. Recreate the "Feature Adjustment" from ArcMap in Pro).
