Problem Connecting to License Manager

Question

I have trouble when trying to connect license manager.

Error code I get -17.

I have tried to find a solution to the error but haven't found it yet.

I think this happened because the settings on the server are wrong

Could you confirm the version of License Manager? It needs to be same or later version than ArcMap.
