EOS Arrow 100 with Field Maps - no GPS location

Hi,

I recently just got a EOS Arrow 100 but GPS location/position is unavailable and no satellites. I have shut off and on multiple times, it seems a small fix but I just purchased new. I am using an IOS device (ipad mini) and got bluetooth connection through settings and EOS Tools Pro app but no position. I did try with my android cell and received the same issues, but would like to get resolved with an IOS. Any advice? I did reach out to EOS but would like to get resolved asap as I have upcoming field work.

posting in case someone else has this problem, but I'm working with a dozen arrow gold, and arrow gold+, most boot up and start seeing satellites almost right away, but I have 3 that take a few minutes to start seeing them. If you've confirmed the antenna connection is tight on both ends, trying setting it up and just leaving it out and alone for a 5-10 minutes to get it going.

Yea make sure the antenna is connected correctly with the quick release.
