Hola a todos,
Desde esta mañana, recibo este mensaje donde solía estar el mapa cada vez que publico el dashboard.
¿Alguna idea de cómo solucionarlo? Todos mis mapas desaparecieron.
Saludos,
Albert
Can you confirm that you are signed into the ArcGIS for PowerBI visual in PowerBI Online??
It's happening to me even on my desktop version. I didn't touch anything since yesterday so what has changed here?
@AlbertPorterosVillar There was an update that went out, and unfortunately it is having a negative impact. We are evaluating deploying fixes or rolling it back.
@Anonymous User Do we have any timeline? I work for HP and we were going to deploy an important asset, that won't be able to see the light until this gets fixed.
Thanks a lot for the information provided.
I too am experiencing this issue starting today.
Tried the recommendations suggested by @Anonymous User.
Getting same results as @AlbertPorterosVillar above
Hi @JackBurke
Were you able to login to the map added to the second tab, save it, delete it, and save again? This worked for me on one of my reports.
Andrew
Hi @Anonymous User ,
I couldn't sign with my account. I get error "Public accounts are not supported in ArcGIS for Power BI".Will I need to create another ID, or just wait for the fix?
@JackBurke you will need a Creator+ account. Send me a DM with your email address and I can set up an account for you until the fix is deployed. While we have the code ready, it may take some time to certify and propagate.
@JackBurke just email me at astauffer(AT)esri.com and I'll create an account for you.
I'm having the exact same issues. I can actually open up some old versions of the file that load the map, but all of the formatting is completely changed and if I adjust anything using the map tools and save the next time I open the file it gives me the "Access to this content..." message. I understand that there is a fix in the works, but I do have a few questions.
1) Just like an earlier poster, my maps had a lot of formatting involved, will this formatting be preserved once the fix is made?
2) Is there some sort of notification (here or otherwise) that will go out once the issue is resolved?
Hi @TimJoyce We can send a notice on this thread if it helps. If you need an account, feel free to email me and I can set you up. astauffer(AT)esri.com
@Anonymous User - I was able to log in and tried the workaround you suggested. Still having problems. Sent you an email with details.
I definitely wouldn't mind a notice on this thread or some other notification. And I'll send you an email now, thanks!
Hi @Anonymous User , we are still facing a HUGE issue, since the map worked for me, I uploaded it but the users can't see it since they don't have any account. We have 150+ users so we cannot provide an account for each one of them. Do we have any work around or solution?
Do we have an updated timeline to when this issue will be resolved yet?
It's looking like the first patch would roll out in 8 days. We wish it could be sooner, but it's part of how Microsoft updates all the tenants globally.
Hi, we are having the same issue. Is there any update on a fix yet?
Hi @DipanSheth
It looks like the update will roll out to production on the 29th, per Microsoft. We're anxious for this to get out there too, and hope you enjoy the new release.
Currently version 2 was rolled back, so if you clear your cache and restart Power BI you should see the older version. You can tell by the tools on the map visual in v1 are circles, vs squared with rounded corners in v2.
If you are stuck on v2 somehow, then we can give you an account to use until the update is released.
Dashboards using the built in Census Boundaries have been failing. PBI version 2.98.683.0 64-bit (October, 2021). I believe this started in the September release. We not using our limited ArcGIS online licenses to rollout but using the free accounts across our organizations use of PowerBI. Is there a release coming in the future to resolve?
Thank you.
