ArcGIS Earth mobile and offline data

Is it possible to download data from Portal for ArcGIS to work offline on the field? Like Collector, take offline maps. Just to have data for reference

ArcGIS Earth mobile app natively supports offline workflow based on several common data types, including mobile scene package, KML and scene layer package, etc. You can find more about supported offline files in the "Add local files" section in this document https://doc.arcgis.com/en/arcgis-earth/mobile/browse-2d-and-3d-contents.htm
