Allow Information Banner to have an option to set time

In an organization, maintenance windows and patching activities are planned beforehand. The information banner setting available in ArcGIS Enterprise should have an option to set a predefined time duration.

Agree 100%, we have to continually manually add a note to the home page to notify users of upcoming outage, so would be great to have a built in maintenance banner

I've just raised a new Information Banner idea here ArcGIS Enterprise 'Information Banner' not current... - Esri Community, but this option to set a timeframe on the banner would be a great addition too.
