Layer with same coordinate didnt match

Question

Hello Everyone,

I have two shapefiles and that file should overlap each other. Both files are polygon. I have defined the Coordinate but it's not working. can someone suggest to me what is the actual problem here

When the second feature class was provided by the Provider, was it in the same coordinate system or a different one?

If the original data provided by the authority isn't overlaying correctly, you have to notify the data provider.

@JayantaPoddar  the first one is correcly on the top of the ESRI basemap.

and the data is created  by local city authority .

The left and Right extents (Longitudinal extent) of any one layer would be incorrect.

What is the source of the data (How was it created) ?

It could be a case where wrong Projection has been defined to the dataset(s).
