Public content are not accessible in the Map Viewer (newest)

I am using a developer account and testing the Map Viewer but my public content in the map viewer is not accessible. I used the Map Viewer Classic and the public content is accessible. Is there some restriction in this Map Viewer(newest) for this accounts?

You are using a developer basemap which requires a token for access.

All is ArcGIS Online Content. I'm using the Attachment Viewer (Instant App), an arcgis online layer and the Map Viewer and the Map Viewer Classic. All is public.

While logging into the new app (https://ggarciadev.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/attachmentviewer/index.html?appid=af20cbfd882f423d81e2eb4d46fc2a08 ), I am redirected to login page.

Could you ensure the app, its web map, and all the relevant content are shared with public? Is the "public" content hosted in ArcGIS Online or any third party application?
