Output BA Basemap as Vector Tile

I have been working in Business Analyst for a few years and of course when bringing in the basemap in to ArcGIS Pro it tends to crash the entire system as it has so many layers to draw. I was wondering if its possible to convert these to being Vector Tiles to allow for easier use in ArcGIS Pro. Has anyone looked into going down this path?

Hey John,

Could you provide more information about your workflow?

1. Are you bringing in the layer file into ArcGIS Pro For example, the 2020 Business Analyst Fast Map - Basemap.lyrx from the ...BA local data installation directory...\Business Analyst\US_2020\Data folder?
2. Or are you importing the .mxd (for example, 2020 Business Analyst Fast Map.mxd) into ArcGIS Pro?
3. Do you see the crash when simply importing any of the above?
4. What version of ArcGIS Pro are you at?
