Maps not showing in ArcGIS Dashboard

Hello all.

I have been using the ArcGIS Dashboard recently (the one that has just come out of beta) but whenever I add a map to the dashboard, it doesn't show and the block says 'Cannot open map'.

Not sure why this is happening as the maps are visible in the ArcGIS Dashboard Classic.

Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

Map is visible in the classic viewer, when I try open it in the (newer) map viewer, its blank, the screen is completely white. Not sure what that means, never had this issue before 🙃

Is the map visible with the map viewer? There is a link in the top corner of map viewer classic to open with the new viewer if this is not the default setting for your organization.
