Change the title for custom Popup Dialog

For some reason the custom popup dialog looks like this:

However, I would like to change the title from "Pop-up" to something else. Is there a way to do this in the Pro SDK?

Can anyone from ESRI help on this?

I'm bumping this as I still need an answer one way or the other. Just doesn't look very professional to our clients to see the word "Pop-up"
