Is it possible to embed a file in Web App Builder?

I am working on developing a web app, but need to have a file embedded along the side of the application. I have done this in the past when creating dashboards using "Embedded Content", however I have not been able to figure out how to do this in Web App Builder. Thanks for any assistance.

  This is something that can be done using WAB Developer to add a new iframe or div in the code and then you can self host the app on your web server. But there is not any built in ability to embed content in WAB.
