Flip the color ramp or manually classify the colors within the heat map chart

I was wondering if it is possible to include the following functionality in the Heat Map Chart:

Flip the color scheme from green to red instead of red to green. Or at a minimum add a color ramp that goes from green to red.

If not, is it possible to manually set your Layer color choices?

This level of customization is available in ChartExpo™, It is both an Excel and Google Sheets add-in.

You can manually set layer colors and contrast from color picker.

Feel free to ask anything.
