Processor power matter on standalone machine running ArcPro??

Question

For working with millions of polygons/points/polylines, I notice that ArcPro hardly cracks 20% utilization of my i7-7700 8-thread processor for the vast majority of tools used. I work with millions of spatial bins and millions of GPS points, and would like to set ArcPro to utilize the most out of my processor.

Any suggestions?
