In the ArcGIS insight -where does one click open a new workbook as this option is not available

If your account has a "User" role, you will not see this button. a "Publisher" or higher role is required for this lesson.  You can request a role change from your administrator. I've attached a picture of where the button exists when you have a publisher role.
