Hi,
Can USA NAIP Imagery: NDVI (https://naip.arcgis.com/arcgis/rest/services/NAIP/ImageServer) be used for calculating USLE C Factor? If yes, please guide me to do that for a specific area bounded by a polygon. Also can it be done in ArcMap?
