Histogram Equalize from AGOL, NOT Pro and Not ArcMap

Hello. Anyone have information on why Histogram Equalize stretch is not available from AGOL when setting stretch parameters for a LiDAR derived bare earth DEM mosaic from a REST location?

I work mainly on Desktop ArcMap 10.6 and the option is always there. Do statistics need to be performed on the raster?
