Extract data collected in Field Maps to excel

Hi we are hoping to use Field Maps to collect data in the field on marine mammals that was previously collected using excel or paper forms (the last 12 years).  I have created a survey in Filed Maps and collected some records with I can view in the beta Map viewer.   Opening the attribute table I can see all of the records.  Is it possible to export or extract this data so that it can be added to the existing excel data records.

 

I couldn't find information anywhere or any obvious way to do this.

Map viewer Beta does not yet have the option to export data. From the old Map viewer this can be done via the analysis button. You can export data to, for example, XLSX from the overview page of the feature service:
