How to extract lines (roads) from other line buffer (coastal line)

Hello,

Let's suppose I have two different shapefiles for the roads and coastal line. And I want to extract the roads that are within 5 miles from the coastal line. Can anyone help me out with tools or steps on how this can be done?

Like, do a Select Layer By Location but use the Within a distance of option
