Error validating with server

Dear All,

I want to register data with arcgis server having oracle enterprize geodatabase, clients are installed on all machines and server machine also have access to data but still I cant register database in server

Please help me about this

What version of Oracle?

What is the version of the Enterprise Geodatabase?

What Oracle clients are installed (64 / 32 bit)?
