Server Connections Suddenly Not Working

Question

Hi.  Suddenly, we are not able to connect to ArcGIS Server server using ArcGIS Explorer.  Last week we had no problems. Today we do.  Here are some examples of connections that fail:

http://services.nationalmap.gov/arcgis/services

http://services.nconemap.gov/arcgis/services

https://gis11.services.ncdot.gov/arcgis/services

I understand that some issues in Explorer come from Internet Explorer, so we're thinking that perhaps our IT group made some changes over the weekend. Does anyone know where we can look?

If it helps, we long ago made the change to the IE LAN Settings to uncheck "automatically detect settings."

I tested - they seem to work fine for me, for example:

Are you sure you're using the correct links? You are missing the "/rest" component of the URL in the links you gave...

Thank you.  Yes.  The servers/services are fine. We can connect to and use them in all of our applications except ArcGIS Explorer.

You would need to get in touch with the administrators of those services if you are having issues. But, it looks like they are available:
