Interleave layers

Hi,

I am looking for suggestions on how to interleave my FeatureLayers with BaseMap layers. Below is the order in which I want it to show up:

1. Some graphic layer
2. Places (Cities, Towns, etc)
3. Custom FeatureLayer 1 containing points on the map (like store locations)
4. Roads (all)
5. Custom FeatureLayer 2 containing polygons (like ZIP Code area)
6. Ground layers (terrain, landuse, etc.
